Overview
BENTING SYG-2-4 Water bath is a four-hole constant temperature water bath equipment. It adopts a high-quality 304 stainless steel liner for one-time stretching forming, replacing the traditional welding process and effectively preventing water leakage problems in long-term use. Its four corners and bottom are designed in an arc shape to ensure uniform heating and avoid dead ends. The instrument shell adopts cold-rolled plate spraying process, which has a strong and beautiful structure and is easy to clean. It is suitable for many fields such as chemical industry and biological experiments.
Features

Principle
The Water bath heats the water in the Tank through the built-in heating element, and the temperature Control system precisely maintains the water temperature within the range set by the user (room temperature + 5 ℃ to 99.9 ℃), and the temperature control accuracy can reach +/- 0.5 ℃, providing a stable thermostatic environment for experiment or production.
Applications
Chemical and biological experiments
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and add an appropriate amount of water to the Tank.
2. Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply.
3. Set the required temperature through the control panel.
4. Turn on the power switch and the device starts heating.
5. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the sample can be placed for thermostatic treatment.
6. After use, turn off the power and unplug it.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (220V 50Hz) before use.
• Do not exceed Maximum capacity when adding water and prevent dry burning.
• When the equipment is working, the Tank and shell may heat up, please take care to avoid burns.
• Be sure to disconnect the power before cleaning, until the equipment is completely chilled down.
• Do not use strong corrosion chemicals to clean the shell and liner.
• Please pay attention to handle with care when handling and using to avoid violent collisions.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment by themselves.
