Overview
BENTING SYG-2-6 Water bath is a six-hole constant temperature water bath equipment. It adopts high-quality 304 stainless steel liner to stretch and form in one time, instead of welding process, to effectively prevent water leakage in long-term use. Its arc-shaped four corners and bottom design help to uniformly heat and avoid water temperature dead corners. The instrument shell is sprayed with cold-rolled plate and extruded in one time. The outer arc four corners are designed to be beautiful and durable. It is resistant to drop and compression and easy to clean. It is suitable for chemical and biological experiments and other fields.
Features
1. The liner is made of 304 stainless steel in one stretch, replacing the welding process to effectively prevent water leakage.
2. The four corners and bottom of the liner are arc-shaped design, uniform heating, and it is not easy to produce water temperature dead ends.
3. The shell is sprayed with cold-rolled sheet surface, formed by one-time drawing and extrusion, and the four corners of the outer arc are beautifully designed.
4. Sturdy structure, strong resistance to falling and compression, easy to clean.
5. High temperature control accuracy, up to +/- 0.5 ℃.
Principle
The water bath heats the water in the Tank through the built-in heating element, and is precisely adjusted by the temperature Control system to maintain the water temperature within the set thermostatic range (room temperature + 5 ° C to 99.9 ° C), providing a stable and uniform heating environment for the experimental vessel placed in the hole.
Applications
Chemical and biological experiments
Steps
1. Water bath placed on a smooth table, add the right amount of water into the Tank.
2. Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply.
3. Set the required temperature through the control panel.
4. Start heating, and after the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, it can be put into the experimental vessel for work.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the water in the Tank is sufficient to avoid dry burning.
• Do not power on heating without water or insufficient water.
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning, and wait for the equipment to chill down.
• Please handle with care when moving or transporting to avoid violent collisions.
