Principle
Electric Mantle generates heat in the insulating layer through resistance wires, converts electrical energy into heat energy, and uniformly heats the liquid. The instrument control system monitors and adjusts the temperature in real time, the user can set the required temperature, and the equipment automatically heats up and enters the thermostatic state to ensure a stable heating process.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch, the upper row of the meter displays the studio temperature, and the lower row displays the set temperature.
2. Press the SET key to enter the temperature setting state, the data of the lower row of digital tubes flashes, press ▲ or ▲ to set the required temperature, and then press the SET key to save.
3. When the temperature rises, the finger light flickers on and off, and the display value is basically the same as the set value, it enters the thermostatic state.
4. Self-tuning function: Press the SET key for 5 seconds to enter the inner menu, select the AT parameters, set 1 to turn on self-tuning, the AT indicator light flashes, and the AT light goes out after the self-tuning is over.
5. Sensor error correction: Press the SET key for 5 seconds to enter the inner menu, select the SC parameter, press ▲ or ▲ to modify, the correction range is + 50 ° C to -50 ° C, and then press the SET key for 5 seconds to exit.
Notice
• During the self-tuning process, press the ▲ key for 5 seconds to stop the self-tuning, and the instrument is controlled according to the original PID parameters.
• Sensor error correction, ensure that the correction range is within + 50 ° C to -50 ° C.
• The maximum operating temperature of the equipment is 380 ° C, so avoid overheating.
