Principle
The Electric Mantle generates heat in the insulation layer through a resistance wire, converting electrical energy into heat energy to heat the liquid evenly. The instrument control system can set and adjust the temperature for accurate temperature control, and optimize the PID parameters through self-tuning function to ensure temperature stability.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch, the upper row of the meter displays the studio temperature, and the lower row displays the set temperature.
2. Press the SET key, the data of the lower row of digital tubes flashes, enter the temperature setting state, press ▲ or ▲ to set the required temperature, and then press the SET key to save the setting value.
3. When the temperature rises, the finger light flickers on and off, and the display value is basically the same as the set value, it enters the thermostatic state.
4. Self-tuning function: Press the SET key for 5 seconds to enter the inner menu, select the AT parameters, set 1 to turn on self-tuning, the AT indicator light flashes, and the AT light goes out after the self-tuning is over.
5. Sensor error correction: Press the SET key for 5 seconds to enter the inner menu, select the SC parameter, press ▲ or ▲ to modify the parameter, the correction range is + 50 ° C to -50 ° C, and then press the SET key for 5 seconds to exit.
Notice
• During the self-tuning process, press the ▲ key for 5 seconds to stop the self-tuning, and the instrument is controlled according to the original PID parameters.
• Sensor error correction, make sure that the meter display value is incorrect before correction.
• Power frequency check meets~ 220V +/- 10% requirement before use.
• The maximum operating temperature should not exceed 380 ° C to avoid overheating.
