Principle
Electric Mantle uses high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass as the insulating material, and the resistance wire is sealed in the insulating layer, and then woven into a hemispherical internal heating heater. When the power is turned on, the resistance wire heats up and transmits heat evenly through the insulating layer to achieve heating of the liquid. The meter can set and control the temperature to ensure a stable heating process.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch, the upper row of the meter displays the studio temperature, and the lower row displays the set temperature.
2. Press the SET button, and the data of the lower row of digital tubes flashes, indicating that the temperature setting state is entered.
3. Press ▲ or ▲ to set the desired temperature, and then press the SET key to save the setting value.
4. When the temperature rises, the finger light flickers on and off, and the display value is basically the same as the set value, it enters the thermostatic state.
5. Self-tuning function: Press the SET key for 5 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument. After selecting the parameter AT, cooperate with ▲ or ▲ to set 1 to turn on self-tuning. The AT indicator light flashes, and the AT light goes out after the self-tuning is over.
6. Sensor error correction: Press the SET key for 5 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument. After selecting the parameter SC, cooperate with the ▲ or ▲ key to modify the parameters. The correction range is + 50 ° C to -50 ° C. After correction, press the SET key for 5 seconds to exit.

- During the self-tuning process, the AT light will be turned off after 5 seconds of pressing the ▲ key, the self-tuning will stop, and the instrument will be controlled according to the original PID parameters.
- Sensor error correction range is limited to + 50 ° C to -50 ° C.
- Power frequency is~ 220V +/- 10% to avoid voltage instability affecting equipment performance.
- The maximum operating temperature is 380 ° C (heating element surface temperature), do not use over temperature.
