Principle
Electric Mantle generates heat in the insulation layer through resistance wires, and uses internal thermal heating to evenly heat the liquid. The instrument control system can set and monitor the temperature, and optimize the PID parameters through self-tuning function to ensure temperature stability.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch, the upper row of the meter displays the studio temperature, and the lower row displays the set temperature.
2. Press the SET key to enter the temperature setting state, use the ▲ or ▲ key to adjust the required temperature, and then press the SET key to save.
3. Starting to heat up, the finger light flashes on and off, and enters the thermostatic state when the display value is consistent with the set value.
4. Self-tuning function: Press the SET key for 5 seconds to enter the inner menu, select the AT parameter and set it to 1 to turn on self-tuning, the AT indicator light flashes to indicate that it is in progress, and the AT light is off when the self-tuning is over.
5. Sensor error correction: Press the SET key for 5 seconds to enter the inner menu, select the SC parameter, use the ▲ or ▲ key to correct the display value, the range is + 50 ° C to -50 ° C. After correction, press the SET key for 5 seconds to exit.
Notice
• During the self-tuning process, press the ▲ key for 5 seconds to stop the self-tuning, and the instrument will resume the original PID parameter control.
• Sensor error correction is limited to use when the display value is inaccurate, and the correction range must not exceed + 50 ° C to -50 ° C.
• Power frequency is~ 220V +/- 10% to avoid voltage instability affecting equipment performance.
• The maximum operating temperature is 380 ° C and must not exceed the surface temperature limit of the heating element.
