Principle
Electric Mantle generates heat in the high temperature resistant and alkali-free fiberglass insulation layer through resistance wires to form a hemispherical inner heating heater to evenly heat the liquid. The digital display instrument monitors and adjusts the temperature in real time, and realizes accurate thermostatic control through PID parameter control.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch, the upper row of the instrument displays the studio temperature, and the lower row displays the set temperature;
2. Press the SET key to enter the temperature setting state, press ▲ or ▲ to set the required temperature, and then press the SET key to save;
3. When the temperature rises, the finger light suddenly turns on and off, and the display value is basically the same as the set value, it enters the thermostatic state;
4. Self-tuning function: Press the SET key for 5 seconds to enter the inner menu, select the AT parameters, set 1 to turn on self-tuning, the AT indicator light flashes, and the AT light goes out after the self-tuning is over;
5. Sensor error correction: Press the SET key for 5 seconds to enter the inner menu, select the SC parameter, press ▲ or ▲ to modify the error range (+ 50 ° C to -50 ° C), and then press the SET key for 5 seconds to exit.

• During the self-tuning process, press the ▲ key for 5 seconds to stop the self-tuning;
• Sensor error correction range is limited to + 50 ° C to -50 ° C;
• Power frequency meets~ 220V +/- 10% standard;
• Maximum operating temperature does not exceed 380 ° C (heating element surface temperature);
