Overview
The BENTING CYC-2102B Shaker is a vertical high-capacity thermostatic Shaker with an intelligent control system and a unique drive system to ensure smooth and durable machine operation. It features a slow start design to prevent liquid splashing during start-up, ensure the accuracy of Basis Weight tests, and has an automatic call recovery function.

Principle
The Shaker is driven by a brushless DC motor to achieve a horizontal swirl/spin oscillation mode with a swirl/spin frequency range of 60-250rpm and can be used as a static foster. The cross-flow fan drives the air circulation to ensure uniform temperature distribution. The intelligent system controls the temperature, Oscillation Frequency and amplitude, and the slow start design prevents solution overflow through slow start and uniform acceleration.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC220V +/- 10%, 50HZ +/- 1HZ;
2. Set Temperature range (4 ℃ -60 ℃) and Timer Range (up to 999 minutes);
3. Adjust Oscillation Frequency (60-250rpm) and amplitude (28mm);
4. Place samples, such as in 100ml, 250ml, or 500ml containers.
5. Start the device, and the system will automatically slow down to prevent overflow;
6. Monitor LCD display, buzzer alarm when abnormal;
7. After running, turn off the power.
