Overview
The BENTING CSW-CJ-1SD glove table is a vertical single person single-sided Laminar Flow Cabinet. It features a quasi-closed Glass damper design, a stainless steel work area, and a 2KW socket to facilitate experimental operation. The device is designed to provide a clean working environment.
Features
1, vertical, quasi-closed Glass damper, can effectively prevent external air input and odor on the human body stimulation.
2. Adopt an adjustable air volume fan system to ensure that the working wind speed is always in a satisfactory state.
3. Adopt LED LCD panel control.
4. The experimental area is made of stainless steel, and the working area is equipped with a 2KW socket to provide convenience for operation.
Principle
The workbench is a vertical Laminar Flow Cabinet. The internal fan system sucks in air, which is purified by a high-efficiency Filter to create a vertical downward clean airflow that covers the entire work area. Quasi-closed Glass dampers help maintain positive pressure in the work area and prevent the intrusion of external unpurified air and odors, thus providing protection for the operating object.
Applications
Biological experiments, pharmaceutical research and development, precision electronic assembly, aseptic operation
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch.
2. Start the fan and lighting system through the LED LCD panel.
3. Adjust the fan air volume to the appropriate working wind speed through the control panel as required.
4. Before conducting experiments or operations, the sterilization lamp can be turned on for work area disinfection (note: personnel should leave when the sterilization lamp is turned on).
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
• Make sure the equipment is well grounded before use.
• Do not block items into and out of trend during operation.
• Regularly check and replace the High Efficiency Air Filter to ensure cleanliness.
When turning on the UV sterilization lamp, please ensure that personnel are not in the working area to avoid UV damage.
• After the equipment is moved or disabled for a long time, the cleanliness and wind speed should be re-tested.
• When cleaning the equipment, please use a soft damp cloth to wipe and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
