The Viscometer works on the principle of swirl/spin viscosity measurement. The instrument drives the rotor at a constant speed swirl/spin in the sample, and the rotor is subjected to torque formed by the sample Tack resistance. The viscosity value of the sample can be accurately calculated by measuring the torque required to maintain the uniform swirl/spin of the rotor and processing it with a microcomputer control system.

1. Choose the appropriate rotor and speed according to the estimated viscosity. 2. Immerse the rotor into the sample to be tested to the designated marking line. 3. Turn on the instrument power and set the required speed. 4. Start the measurement and wait for the reading to stabilize or reach the set time. 5. Read viscosity measurements from the display. 6. After the measurement is completed, turn off the power and clean the rotor.
