The Viscometer works on the principle of swirl/spin viscosity measurement. The instrument drives the rotor at a uniform speed swirl/spin in the sample through a stepper motor, and the Tack resistance to the rotor generates torque. The microcomputer control system measures this torque and calculates and continuously displays the viscosity value of the sample according to the relationship between the rotor specification, speed and torque, and is linearly corrected by the computer with full scale.

1. Choose the appropriate rotor and speed according to the estimated viscosity. 2. Attach the rotor to the instrument. 3. Pour the sample into a container with a capacity of approximately 300 to 400 ml. 4. Immerse the rotor into the sample at the specified mark. 5. Turn on the power and select the desired speed. 6. Start the measurement, the instrument will continuously display the viscosity value. 7. Record data after reaching the set time or reading stability. 8.
