Overview
The NIRUN DV-79A Digital Viscometer is a printer-equipped precision measuring instrument with stepper motor direct drive and LCD liquid crystal with blue backlight for a wide range of fluid viscosity measurements.

Principle
The Viscometer swirls/spins the rotor directly through the sample via a stepper motor, measuring fluid resistance and converting to viscosity values, while monitoring the sample temperature with the RTD Temperature Probe to ensure measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Choose the right rotor and container
2. Install the rotor and immerse the sample
3. Set speed and timing parameters
4. Start measurement and read viscosity value
5. Use the printer to output data (if required)

• Power frequency within 110~ 220V range
• Check whether the rotor is in good condition before use
• Keep sample temperature stable during measurement
• Avoid exceeding the viscosity measurement range
• Regularly calibrate with standard solution
