NIRUN DV-79 + Pro (with printer) is a digital Viscometer with stepper motor direct drive design, LCD liquid crystal with blue backlight display, which can display the maximum viscosity value of the rotor at the current speed and has measurement timing function. The product is widely used in starch, glue, latex, solvent Adhesive, polymer solution, petroleum, paints, solvents, cosmetics, milk products, juice and other fields.

Principle
The digital Viscometer directly drives the rotor swirl/spin through a stepper motor, and the gearless design ensures accurate speed. During the measurement process, the LCD LCD display continuously displays the change of viscosity value, and an alarm sound is issued when the measurement range is exceeded. The standard RTD Temperature Probe monitors the temperature in real time, and the computer full-scale linear correction ensures the measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Connect Power Adapter (100V-240V)
2. Install the appropriate rotor (E, F, G three optional)
3. Pour the sample into container B
4. Set Rotor speed (1~ 800rpm CVT)
5. Start the measurement and observe the viscosity value on the LCD display
6. For temperature measurement, connect the RTD Temperature Probe
7. After the measurement is completed, clean the rotor and container

• Power frequency within 110~ 220V range
• Check whether the rotor is firmly installed before measurement
• Avoid exceeding the viscosity measurement range (1~ 75000000mPa · s)
• Regularly clean rotors and measurement containers
• Periodic calibrating with standard solution
• Probe temperature range (0~ 120 ℃)
