Overview
The NIRUN DV-79 + Pro (package) is a digital Viscometer with a stepper motor direct drive design and a gearless structure to ensure accurate speed. Equipped with an LCD liquid crystal display with blue backlight, it can display a large amount of information, including the maximum viscosity value of the rotor at the current speed, and has the characteristics of measurement timing function, continuous change of viscosity value display, and alarm prompt beyond the measurement range.

Principle
The digital Viscometer directly drives the rotor swirl/spin with a stepper motor, and the gearless drive ensures accurate and stable speed. During the measurement process, the rotor swirl/spin generates torque in the sample, the instrument detects and calculates the viscosity value, continuously displays the change through the LCD display, and monitors the temperature in real time with the RTD Temperature Probe for full scale linear correction.

Steps
1. Choose the right rotor and measurement vessel
2. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on
3. Install the rotor and immerse it in the sample to be tested
4. Set the required speed and measurement parameters
5. Start measurement, observe the LCD display viscosity value
6. Record data after measurement or connect printer output
Notice
• Power frequency within 110~ 220V range before use
• When selecting the rotor, pay attention to its measurable viscosity range to avoid exceeding the alarm
• Maintain sample temperature stability during measurement with RTD Probe monitoring
• Regularly calibrate with standard fluid to ensure accuracy
• Clean rotors and containers to prevent cross-contamination
