Overview
FANGRUI NDJ-9S digital Viscometer adopts microcomputer drive technology, imported stepper motor and LCD backlight display, with smooth speed, good accuracy, easy operation, automatic scanning, error alarm and other functions. The screen directly displays information such as viscosity, speed, rotor number, percentile ratio torque, maximum viscosity and temperature. The instrument is corrected with standard silicone oil through the PC interface to ensure high sensitivity, High Accuracy, High repeability, and accurate and reliable data.

Principle
The instrument adopts microcomputer drive technology and imported stepper motor to realize viscosity measurement through program setting and automatic control. The screen directly displays the relevant parameters and corrects them through PC interface to ensure measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Use the "Rotor Selection" function key to select the rotor number
2. Use the "Speed Settings" function key to set the speed
3. Press the "Start, Stop" function key to execute or terminate the measurement
4. Use the "Auto Scan" function key to help select the appropriate Rotor speed
5. Press the "OK" function key to confirm the selection information.
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is calibrated with standard silicone oil through the PC interface
• Note that the sample dosage is 18-20mL (when using ultra-low viscosity adapter)
• Pay attention to the temperature tolerance range -40 ℃ -250 ℃ when cleaning stainless steel materials
• Pay attention to the sample viscosity value prompt when using the automatic scanning function
