Overview
FANGRUI NDJ-8S digital Viscometer adopts microcomputer drive technology, imported stepper motor and LCD backlight display, with smooth speed, good accuracy, easy operation, automatic scanning, error alarm and other functions. The screen directly displays information such as viscosity, speed, rotor number, percentile ratio torque, maximum viscosity and temperature. The instrument is corrected with standard silicone oil through the PC interface to ensure high sensitivity, High Accuracy, High repeability, and accurate and reliable data.

Principle
The digital Viscometer controls the rotational speed through microcomputer drive technology and stepper motors, and the LCD screen displays the measurement parameters. The ultra-low viscosity adapter ULR consists of a cylindrical rotor and a tubular sleeve, which conforms to the rheological cylindrical structure design for accurate viscosity measurement and shear rate determination.

Steps
1. Use the ▲/▲ function keys to select the speed and rotor number
2. Press the "Rotor Selection" function key to confirm the rotor number.
3. Press the "Speed Settings" function key to set the speed.
4. Press the "Start, Stop" function key to start or stop the measurement
5. Use the "Auto Scan" function key to help select the appropriate Rotor speed
6. Press the "OK" function key to confirm the selection information.
