Overview
BENTING CBGDW-225L low/high temperature test chamber is a professional test equipment, providing a wide temperature range of -70 ° C to 150 ° C, suitable for product performance testing in high and low temperature environments. The inner volume of the box is 225L, and the high-efficiency refrigeration system and precise control system are used to ensure Temperature Fluctuation ≤ 0.5 ° C, Temperature Error ≤ +/- 1 ° C, Temperature Uniformity ≤ 2.0 ° C, supporting rapid heating and cooling.
Features
1. Enclosure Material is cold plate paint, the inner wall is made of good mirror stainless steel plate, and the box insulation material is fiberglass.
2. Single open hinged door design, equipped with observation window, lighting, window frame/door frame anti-condensation electric heating device.
3. The control panel includes a controller display screen, a U disk interface, an RS232 computer communication interface, a power switch, a status indicator, and a sound and light alarm device.
4. The unit includes a refrigeration unit, a water tray, a drain hole, a condenser fan, a condenser inlet trend, and a supply water tank.
5. The power distribution system includes IO board, machine tool transformer, ballast, intermediate relay, solid state relay, AC contactor, thermal relay, fuse, undercurrent relay, air switch.
6. The control system automatically adjusts the operating energy-saving conditions of the refrigerator according to the test conditions.
7. The evaporator cooling capacity is switched by the control system driving the solenoid valve.
Principle
The low/high temperature test chamber switches the evaporator cooling capacity through the control system driving the solenoid valve to achieve temperature regulation. The binary cascade cooling method is used in the range of -40 ° C to -70 ° C, and the fully enclosed low-noise rotor Compressor and air-cooled or Water-Cooled heat exchanger are used to ensure efficient cooling and temperature stability. The control system automatically monitors and adjusts the operating parameters to achieve the preset temperature conditions.
Applications
Electronics testing, automotive parts testing, materials research, aerospace testing, military product testing
Steps
1. Turn on the power switch and start the control system.
2. Set the required temperature range and Miscellaneous parameters through the controller display.
3. Place the test sample in the studio to ensure safety.
4. Start the test program and monitor the status indicators and alarm devices.
5. After the test is complete, turn off the power and remove the sample.
Notice
It is prohibited to test products that may produce flammable, explosive, volatile, highly toxic, corrosive, and radioactive substances.
* Check the sealing of the box door and whether the connection of each part is firm before operation.
Regularly clean the water tray and drain hole to prevent blockage.
* Avoid running equipment for long periods of time in hot or humid environments.
In case of abnormal alarm, stop using it immediately and contact a professional for maintenance.
