1. Enclosure Material is cold plate paint, the inner wall is made of good mirror stainless steel plate, and the box insulation material is fiberglass.
2. Single open hinged door design, equipped with observation window, lighting and anti-condensation electric heating device.
3. Control panel integrated controller display, U disk interface, RS232 communication interface, power switch, status indicator and sound and light alarm.
4. The unit includes refrigeration unit, water tray, drain hole, condenser fan, condenser inlet trend and supply water tank.
5. The power distribution system includes IO board, machine tool transformer, ballast, intermediate relay, solid state relay, AC contactor, thermal relay, fuse, underphase relay and air switch.
6. The control system automatically adjusts the operation of the refrigerator to achieve energy savings.
7. The evaporator cooling capacity is switched and driven by the solenoid valve.
Principle
The test chamber automatically adjusts the operation of the refrigerator through the control system, and uses the binary cascade refrigeration method to work in the range of -40 ° C to -70 ° C to achieve rapid heating and cooling. The temperature control is based on the measured data of the center point to ensure that Fluctuation, Error and Uniformity meet the standards.
Applications
Electronics, automotive parts, materials research, aerospace, military products
Standards
Temperature Fluctuation ≤ 0.5 ℃, Temperature Error ≤ +/- 1 ℃, Temperature Uniformity ≤ 2.0 ℃
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch.
2. Set the required temperature range and Miscellaneous parameters through the control panel.
3. Start the test, and the system automatically runs the refrigeration and heating programs.
4. Monitor the testing process and use observation windows and alarm devices to ensure safety.
5. After the test is completed, shut down the device and clean the interior.
Notice
It is forbidden to test products that may produce flammable, explosive, volatile, highly toxic, corrosive and radioactive substances.
• Ensure that the equipment is used within the specified temperature range to avoid overload operation.
• Regularly check the refrigeration system and electrical components to prevent malfunctions.
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid direct contact with high or low temperature surfaces.
