Overview
The LANDTEK glossmeter GM-268 is a precision instrument that provides 20/60/85 measurement with a Repeatability of +/- 0.5 GU and a range of 0.1-200 GU. The instrument is widely used for gloss measurement on surfaces such as floors, plastics, automotive coatings, etc. It is lightweight, portable and intelligently designed.

Principle
The Glossmeter GM-268 evaluates Glossiness by measuring the reflection of light rays on the surface of the object, using multi-angle (20 °/60 °/85 °) measurement technology to ensure data accuracy and Repeatability. The built-in intelligence system of the instrument automatically processes the measurement data and outputs the results through the Interface.

Steps
1. Download and read the operation manual "GM-268 LANDTEK glossmeter operation manual.pdf".
2. Make sure the instrument has sufficient power and charge it if necessary.
3. Select Measurement Angles (20 °/60 °/85 °) as required.
4. Align the instrument measurement port with the surface to be measured.
5. Start measurement, you can choose single or continuous Measurement mode.
6. Read and record measurement data, can store up to 254 sets.
7. Export data via USB, RS-232 or Bluetooth interfaces.
Notice
Please read the instructions carefully before operation to ensure correct use.
* Avoid use in extreme temperatures or Humidity conditions, Operating temperature is 0~ 40 ℃, relative humidity < 85% RH.
Periodically calibrate instruments to maintain measurement accuracy.
* Make sure the surface is clean during measurement to avoid dust or stains affecting the results.
* Pay attention to charging when using the built-in battery to avoid excessive discharge.
When storing data, be careful not to exceed the 254-set limit.
