TAISITE WGL-30B blast drying oven is a vertical double air duct forced convection drying equipment, using High Accuracy PID temperature control, Temperature range, suitable for drying, baking, heat treatment and other processes in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises and other places.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through stainless steel heating pipes, and the turbo centrifugal fan forces hot air into the studio through the vertical double air duct system to form a uniform temperature field. Using PID intelligent temperature controller, the temperature in the box is monitored in real time through the Pt100 temperature sensor, and compared and adjusted with the set value to achieve accurate temperature control.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V).
2. Use the touch of four buttons to set the desired temperature and time (0 to 9999 minutes).
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4. Start the device and start working.
5. After reaching the set time or temperature, the device automatically stops running.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC220V and meets the device current requirement (3.6A).
* Operating temperature is 300 ℃, do not use over temperature.
* Load per shelf no more than 15kg when placing samples, and pay attention to shelf spacing (35mm).
Please confirm that the safety device (over-lift alarm) is functioning properly before use.
When the equipment is running, do not block the top exhaust port (φ 28mm).
* When cleaning, please note that the liner is made of stainless steel and the outer box is a drug-resistant painting.
