DADI DHG-9026A thermostatic blower drying oven has a maximum Operating temperature of 250 ° C, suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment and other heating. The product has a precise structure, sensitive and accurate temperature control, and is easy to operate. It can be used in industry, laboratories or scientific research units. The drying oven Operating temperature can be raised from room temperature to the highest temperature. Operating temperature can be set arbitrarily within this range. After setting, the temperature control system can be automatically thermostatic, and the working room is equipped with a blower, which can promote air mechanical circulation.

Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heater, and the temperature is automatically adjusted by a smart temperature controller. The temperature sensor extends into the studio to sense the temperature, and the temperature control system controls the on-off of the heating element according to the difference between the set value and the actual value to achieve accurate thermostatic. The working room is equipped with a blower, which can force air circulation to make the temperature in the working room more uniform.

Steps
1. Ensure that the supply voltage is consistent with the rated Operating voltage of the drying oven.
2. Place the items to be processed on the test shelf in the studio, be careful not to be too dense and overloaded.
3. Operating temperature (RT + 50~ 250 ℃) and timing time (0~ 9999min) are set by microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
4. Close the door and start the device.
5. The temperature control system will automatically heat and thermostatic to the set value, and the blower will work synchronously to promote air circulation.
6. The working room can be observed through the double-decked Glass door.
7. After reaching the set time or completing the work, turn off the equipment and remove the items.
Notice
• This box is non-explosion-proof, do not put in flammable volatile items to avoid explosion.
• The average load of the sample shelf is 45KG/M2, and the sample should not be placed too tightly and overloaded.
• Miscellaneous items and samples should not be placed on the heat dissipation plate, so as not to affect the convection of hot air.
• When using this box, the power supply voltage must match the rated Operating voltage of this box, otherwise the electronic instruments in the box may be damaged.
• Do not disassemble the parts arbitrarily, so as not to damage the electrical wiring in the box.
If the box malfunctions, it should be repaired by an electrician who is familiar with electronic equipment.
