The drying oven Operating temperature can be raised from room temperature to the highest temperature. Operating temperature can be set arbitrarily within this range. After setting, the temperature control system can be automatically thermostatic, and the working room is equipped with a blower, which can promote mechanical air circulation.

Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heater, and the temperature is automatically adjusted by a smart temperature controller. The temperature sensor extends into the studio and is sensitive. The controller controls the on-off of the heating element according to the difference between the set temperature and the temperature fed back by the Sensor to achieve automatic thermostatic. At the same time, the blower in the working room works to promote the mechanical circulation of air and make the temperature in the box more uniform.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Confirm that the supply voltage is consistent with the rated Operating voltage of the box.
3. Open the box door and place the test product on the test product shelf. Be careful not to be too dense and overloaded. Items cannot be placed on the heat dissipation plate.
Step 4 Close the door.
5. Set the required Operating temperature (RT + 50~ 250 ℃ range) and timing time (0~ 9999min) through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller on the panel.
6. Turn on the power supply, the device starts heating and automatic thermostatic, and the blower works synchronously.
7. The working room can be observed through the double-decked tempered Glass door.
8. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply and wait until the temperature in the box drops to a safe range before taking out the sample.
Notice
• This box is non-explosion-proof, do not put flammable volatile items into the drying oven to avoid explosion.
• The average load of the sample shelf is 45KG/M2. Do not place the sample too tightly and overloaded. At the same time, the sample and Miscellaneous things cannot be placed on the heat dissipation plate to avoid affecting the convection of hot air.
• When using this box, the power supply voltage must match the rated Operating voltage of this box, otherwise it will cause damage to the electronic instruments in the box.
• Do not dismantle or unload the parts arbitrarily, so as not to damage the electrical wiring in the box.
If the box malfunctions, it should be repaired by an electrician who is familiar with electronic equipment.
