DADI HH-S16A thermostatic water bath is an electric thermostatic device with a sink structure. The sink and cover are made of stainless steel, and the chassis is sprayed with Cold rolled steel plate. The product integrates an electronic temperature control system to directly display the actual temperature in the pot digitally. It has the characteristics of beauty, corrosion resistance, stable temperature control, energy saving and practical, convenient maintenance and long service life. Mainly used for distillation, drying, condensing and warm staining chemicals or biological products.

Principle
The thermostatic water bath heats the water in the sink through the built-in heating pipe. Temperature Control System integration of Integrated Circuit Sensor, SCM, PID and fuzzy control technology, real-time monitoring of water temperature, and through precise control of Heating power, the water temperature is stabilized within the set target Temperature range, so as to achieve thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Safe connection power supply: Use 220V AC power supply, the power socket should use Three hole safety socket, and properly grounded.
2. Water filling: Before power on, pour water into the pot above the Shelf to ensure that the heating pipe is always submerged in water.
3. Setting parameters: Set the required temperature and time parameters through a digital thermometer.
4. Start heating: turn on the power supply, the device starts to work and is thermostatic.
Notice
• Safe use of electricity: Three hole safety sockets must be used and properly grounded, and the grounding wire must not be connected to the gas pipe.
• Water injection requirements: Water must be filled above the Shelf before use, and the heating pipe must not be exposed to the water surface, otherwise it may cause the heating pipe to burn, burst, solder melt and leak or electric shock.
