DADI HH-S18A thermostatic water bath is an electric heating constant temperature water bath equipment. It adopts a sink structure. The sink and cover are made of stainless steel, and the chassis is sprayed with Cold rolled steel plate. The product is mainly used for distillation, drying, condensing and temperature staining chemicals or biological products. The temperature control part adopts a special electronic temperature control system, which directly displays the actual temperature in the pot with numbers, which has the characteristics of beauty, corrosion resistance, stable temperature control, energy saving and practicality, convenient maintenance and long service life.

Principle
The thermostatic water bath heats the water in the sink through a built-in heating pipe. The temperature control system monitors the water temperature in real time through an integrated circuit Sensor, and uses a single-chip microcomputer combined with PID and fuzzy control algorithms to precisely adjust the Heating power to maintain the temperature in the sink near the set target value, thereby realizing thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Safe connection power supply: Use 220V AC power supply, the power socket should use Three hole safety socket, and properly grounded.
2. Water filling: Water should be injected into the pot above the Shelf before power on.
3. Setup and use: Set the required temperature and time parameters through the thermostat, and then start the device to work.
Notice
• Safe use of electricity: Three hole safety sockets must be used and properly grounded, and the grounding wire must not be connected to the gas pipe.
• Water level requirements: The heating pipe must not be exposed to the water during use, otherwise it may cause the heating pipe to burn, burst, solder melt and leak or electric shock.
• Water filling operation: A sufficient amount of water must be injected above the Shelf before power on.
