DADI HH-S24 (stainless steel cover) thermostatic water bath is an electrothermal thermostatic device used for distillation, drying, condensing and warm staining chemicals or biological products. The product adopts a sink structure, the sink and cover are made of stainless steel, and the chassis is carefully made of Cold rolled steel plate spray. The temperature control part adopts special electronic temperature control technology, which has the characteristics of beauty, corrosion resistance, stable temperature control, energy saving and practicality, convenient maintenance and long service life.

Principle
The thermostatic water bath heats the water in the water tank through an electric heating element, and the temperature controller integrates an integrated circuit Sensor, a single-chip microcomputer, PID and fuzzy control technology to monitor and adjust the water temperature in real time, and directly displays the actual temperature in the pot with a pointer or a number to ensure that the temperature is stable within the set range.

Steps
1. Pour the water into the pot above the Shelf.
2. Connect the 220V AC power supply, use a three-hole safety socket, and properly ground it.
3. Set the required temperature through the thermostat after power on.
Notice
• Using a 220V AC power supply, the power socket should be a three-hole safety socket, which must be properly grounded. Do not connect the grounding wire to the gas pipe.
• Before power on, water should be injected into the pot above the Shelf. The heating tube must not be exposed to the water surface, otherwise it may cause the heating tube to burn, burst, solder melt and leak, or electric shock.
• The temperature controller adopts integrated circuit Sensor, single chip microcomputer, PID and fuzzy control technology, which is easy to operate, but it needs to be used correctly.
