Overview
The DADI HH-S26A (stainless steel cover) thermostatic water bath is an electrothermal thermostatic device with stainless steel sink and cover, and the chassis is sprayed with Cold rolled steel plate. It integrates an electronic temperature control system to display the actual temperature digitally. It has the characteristics of stable temperature control and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for laboratory operations such as distillation, drying, condensing and warm chemical or biological products.

Principle
The thermostatic water bath heats the water in the sink through a built-in heating pipe. The special electronic temperature control system integrates Sensor, MCU and PID fuzzy control algorithm to monitor the water temperature in real time and compare it with the set value. The heating power is controlled to accurately maintain the water temperature constant and display the current actual temperature in digital form.

Steps
1. Before use, inject water into the sink, and the water level should exceed the Shelf.
2. Make sure the power supply is 220V AC, use Three hole safety socket and properly grounded.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature and time parameters through the digital display temperature controller.
4. The equipment starts to work, and during the heating process, ensure that the heating pipe is always submerged below the water surface.
Notice
• Three hole safety sockets must be used and make sure the grounding wire is properly connected and not connected to the gas pipe.
• Be sure to fill water before power on, and the heating pipe must not be exposed to the water during the whole use process to prevent burning, bursting, leakage or electric shock.
• The temperature controller integrates precision electronic components, please follow the instructions to avoid improper use.
