TAISITE WGL-625B blast drying oven is a vertical, large volume (625L) laboratory drying equipment. Principle
The blast drying oven uses dual air duct forced convection mode to work. Built-in turbine centrifugal fan forced air supply makes hot air circulate inside the studio, and with the vertical double air duct air sleeve structure to ensure uniform temperature distribution. Heating power of stainless steel heating pipe is precisely adjusted through PID temperature controller to achieve fast and stable temperature control.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC380V).
2. Set the required temperature and time (0 to 9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons on the control panel.
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and the heating device starts.
5. The device enters a thermostatic state after reaching the set temperature, or automatically stops after the timing ends.
Notice
* The power supply of the device is AC380V, please ensure that the power supply voltage matches.
* The maximum load-bearing capacity of a single shelf is 15kg, please do not overload.
Do not place flammable or explosive items in the box.
* When the equipment is running, do not switch the door frequently, so as not to affect the Temperature uniformity and equipment life.
Please clean the equipment regularly to keep the exhaust holes unobstructed.
* If you need to use additional functions such as program mode, RS485 communication, printer, etc., you need to choose separately.
