Principle
The blast drying oven uses a dual air duct forced convection system. When working, the stainless steel heating pipe generates heat, and the turbo centrifugal fan forces the hot air into the studio through the vertical double air duct to form a uniform temperature field. The speed regulating fan can adjust the wind speed according to the characteristics of the sample. The PID controller precisely adjusts the Heating power to achieve the set temperature and monitors the temperature in real time through the pt100 Sensor.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V).
2. Set the desired temperature and time (0-9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and the equipment runs according to the set program.
5. After the operation ends or reaches the scheduled time, the device automatically stops.
6. The deviation correction and menu lock can be set through the auxiliary menu.

• When placing samples, please note that the maximum load-bearing capacity of a single shelf is 15kg, and adjust the Shelf spacing reasonably.
