Principle
The blower drying oven adopts the forced convection method of double air ducts. When working, the stainless steel heating pipe generates heat, and the turbo centrifugal fan forces the hot air to circulate inside the studio through the vertical double air ducts to ensure uniform temperature. The LCD dual-row PID controller precisely adjusts the Heating power to maintain the set temperature. The speed regulating fan can adjust the wind speed according to the characteristics of the sample, and the forced heat dissipation intake structure can effectively reduce the Operating temperature of the fan and ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V).
2. Set the required temperature and time (0 to 9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons on the control panel.
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and the equipment runs according to the set program.
5. After the operation, the device will automatically stop.
6. If you need to use additional functions (such as deviation correction, menu locking, etc.), you can set it through the auxiliary menu.
Notice
* The power supply of the device is AC220V/5.5A, please ensure that the power supply matches.
* When placing items, please note that the maximum load-bearing capacity of a single shelf is 15kg, and items should not block the air duct.
* When the equipment is running, do not switch the door frequently, so as not to affect the Temperature uniformity and equipment life.
* Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items into the box.
The equipment is equipped with an over-lift alarm and an over-lift preventer, but it still requires supervision during use.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
The variable speed fan can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the sample. It is recommended to use a lower wind speed when using lightweight, fine, and powdery samples.
The top of the equipment is equipped with an exhaust port, please ensure that it is unobstructed.
When not in use for a long time, please cut off the power supply.
