TAISITE WGLL-65BE type blast drying oven is a laboratory equipment designed with vertical dual air duct forced convection, with High Accuracy temperature control and a wide range of applications. Principle
The blast drying oven generates heat through a stainless steel heating tube, and uses a turbo centrifugal fan to form a forced convection, which uniformly sends hot air into the studio through a vertical double air duct. The LCD dual-row PID controller precisely adjusts the Heating power according to the feedback of the PT100 temperature sensor to maintain the set temperature environment. The speed regulating fan can adjust the wind speed according to the sample characteristics to ensure the uniformity of temperature distribution.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V).
2. Set the required temperature and time (0 to 9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons on the control panel.
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and the heating system starts-up.
5. The equipment will automatically stop after running to the set time, or maintain a fixed value according to the setting.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC220V, rated current 7.2A.
* The maximum load-bearing capacity of a single shelf is 15kg, please do not overload.
The equipment is equipped with an overlift alarm and overlift preventer, but its function still needs to be checked regularly.
* When using the variable speed fan, please select the appropriate Rotation speed according to the characteristics of the sample (such as light weight, powder).
* Pay attention to the Inner Chamber dimensions (400 * 360 * 450mm), place items reasonably, and keep the airflow smooth.
* The equipment is equipped with a forced cooling structure, but it is still necessary to ensure that the surrounding is well ventilated to avoid clogging the exhaust hole.
* When performing operations such as deviation correction and menu locking, please refer to the manual to use the auxiliary menu function.
