Principle
The blower drying oven works in a dual air duct forced convection mode. The stainless steel heating pipe heats the air, and the turbo centrifugal fan forces the hot air to circulate in the box to form a uniform temperature field. The LCD dual-row PID controller precisely adjusts the Heating power to achieve stable temperature control in the range of RT + 10 ° C to 300 ° C. The forced fan cooling intake structure effectively controls the fan temperature to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC380V).
2. Set the required temperature and time (0 to 9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and the heating system runs according to the set parameters.
5. The device will automatically stop after the operation is completed, or it will automatically stop after reaching the set time.
