Overview
DADI CJJ-4 Quadruple Magnetic Heating Stirrer is a device specially designed for scientific research and laboratory testing, widely used in universities, environmental protection, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical and other industries. The Stirrer uses a DC motor to ensure no noise, no vibration, effective Stir effect, and heating function. Temperature range from room temperature to 100 ° C, suitable for a variety of experimental environments.
Features
1. Quadruple design, can handle multiple samples simultaneously, improving work efficiency
2. Using DC motor, no-load operation can reach more than 10,000 hours, long life
3. No noise, no vibration, quiet and smooth operation
4. Heating power 150W * 4, Temperature range RT +~ 100 ℃, precise temperature control
5. Stirring speed 0~ 2000rpm, wide adjustment range, Fast Response
6. Working plate size φ 130mm * 4, capacity 1L * 4, suitable for a variety of containers
Principle
The magnetic heating Stirrer drives the magnetic rotor through a DC motor to generate a swirl/spin magnetic field at the bottom of the container, which drives the Stirrer to swirl/spin to achieve uniform Stir. At the same time, the built-in heating system provides heat through electric heating elements, and combines control circuits to adjust temperature and speed to ensure the stability and accuracy of the experimental process.
Applications
Colleges and universities, environmental protection, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy
Steps
1. Connect the device to an AC 220V power supply
2. Stir the container on the working plate to ensure that the bottom of the container is in contact with the plate
3. Set stirring speed as needed, range 0~ 2000rpm
4. Temperature range from RT + to 100 ℃ for heating
5. Start equipment, monitor Stirring and heating process
6. Turn off the power after use and clean the equipment
Notice
• Power frequency is AC 220V before use to avoid voltage mismatch
• Pay attention to the smooth placement of the container during operation to prevent dumping
• Avoid touching the heating plate during the heating process to prevent burns
• Regularly check the motor and heating elements to ensure normal operation
• Disconnect the power supply during cleaning to prevent the risk of electric shock
