DADI CHD-2006 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision thermostatic equipment suitable for biological, chemical, physical, plant, chemical and other scientific research fields. The chassis of this product adopts cold-rolled plate spraying process, the liner is made of stainless steel, and the foam insulation layer is used. The structure is strong and reliable, and the insulation effect is good. It is controlled by a microcomputer temperature controller, which has the advantages of high temperature control accuracy.

Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath is set and controlled by a microcomputer temperature controller. The system is heated by a heating power 600W and cooled by a Compressor refrigeration system. The built-in circulating pump (Flow rate 6L/min) circulates the liquid (such as distillation water or alcohol) in the Tank to ensure uniform temperature throughout the work area. The Control system automatically adjusts the heating or refrigeration power based on the temperature signal fed back by the Sensor to maintain the set thermostatic state.

Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use and become familiar with the instrument.
2. Add refrigeration solution (such as distillation water, alcohol) to the overflow position.
3. Turn on the power switch to "ON" and set the desired temperature on the thermostat.
4. Turn on the circulating pump switch to circulate the liquid internally to ensure uniform temperature.
5. Usually place the refrigeration switch in the "dual control" position, and set parameters such as CL, P, and CT on the temperature controller according to the difference between the Ambient Temperature and the experimental temperature.
6. If the temperature control accuracy requirements are very high (≤ +/- 0.2 ° C), you can turn the refrigeration switch to the "direct cooling" position, and refer to the temperature controller manual to start the self-setting function, and enter the normal thermostatic state after the RUN light is normally on.
Notice
• Refrigeration medium should be distillation water, alcohol, etc. It is strictly forbidden to use sodium chloride and other corrosion solutions.
• When using the pump externally, the horizontal position of the external water bath should be higher than that of this equipment, and the inlet pipe of the external water bath should be placed at the bottom, and the outlet pipe should be on the top. Before use, add a certain liquid to the external water bath, then connect the pipeline and turn on the water pump to prevent the liquid in this equipment from being evacuated and causing the heating pipe to dry burn and damage.
When using, pay attention to keep it clean and tidy to prevent liquid from splashing into the controller, so as not to cause line failure, damage or leakage.
