Principle

Steps

2. Add the refrigeration solution (e.g. distillation water, alcohol) to the overflow port.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature on the thermostat.
4. The circulating pump switch can be turned on to circulate the liquid internally, resulting in a more uniform temperature.
5. Usually, the refrigeration switch is placed in the "dual control" position, and the CL, P, and CT parameters of the temperature controller are set according to the difference between the Ambient Temperature and the experimental temperature.
6. If the temperature control accuracy is very high (≤ +/- 0.2 ° C), the refrigeration switch can be turned to the "direct cooling" position and the self-tuning function of the temperature controller can be started.

• When using the pump externally, the horizontal position of the external water bath should be higher than that of this equipment, and the water inlet pipe should be at the bottom and the water outlet pipe should be above. Before use, add a certain liquid to the external water bath, then connect the pipeline and turn on the water pump to prevent the liquid in the equipment from being evacuated and causing the heating pipe to dry burn and damage.
