DADI CHD-3030 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision thermostatic equipment suitable for biological, chemical, physical, plant, chemical and other scientific research fields. Principle
The device sets and controls the target temperature through a microcomputer thermostat. The heating system (Heating power 1500W) provides heat, and the Compressor refrigeration system is used for cooling. The user can turn on the circulating pump (Flow rate 6L/min) to circulate the liquid in the tank to ensure uniform temperature in the working area. Accurate temperature control is achieved through the parameter setting of the thermostat (e.g. P value, CT value) or self-tuning function.

Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use.
2. Add the refrigeration solution (e.g. distillation water, alcohol) to the overflow port.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the desired temperature on the thermostat. The circulating pump switch can be turned on to circulate the liquid.
4. Usually, the refrigeration switch is placed in the "dual control" position, and the CL, P, and CT parameters of the temperature controller are set according to the difference between the Ambient Temperature and the experimental temperature.
5. If the temperature control accuracy requirements are high (≤ +/- 0.2 ° C), you can turn the cooling switch to the "direct cooling" position, and refer to the temperature controller manual to start the self-setting function, and enter the normal thermostatic state after the RUN light is normally on.
Notice
• It is better to choose distillation water, alcohol, etc. for refrigeration medium, and it is strictly forbidden to use corrosion solutions such as sodium chloride.
• When using the pump externally, the level position of the external water bath should be higher than that of this equipment, and the water inlet pipe should be placed at the bottom and the water outlet pipe should be on the top. Before use, add a certain liquid to the external water bath, then connect the pipeline and turn on the water pump to prevent the heating pipe from being exposed to the liquid surface.
• Pay attention to cleanliness when using to prevent liquid from splashing into the controller to avoid malfunction or leakage.
