Principle
The equipment sets and controls the target temperature through a microcomputer temperature controller. The heating system works according to the difference between the set temperature and the Ambient Temperature, heating the medium in the Tank (such as distillation water, alcohol) to the set temperature. At the same time, the Compressor refrigeration system can provide chill down as needed to achieve accurate temperature control over a wide range from low temperature to high temperature. After the circulation pump is turned on, the medium can be circulated in the tank or in the external system to ensure uniform temperature.

Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use.
2. Add refrigeration solution (such as distillation water, alcohol) to the overflow port.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature on the thermostat. The circulating pump switch can be turned on to make the temperature even.
4. Normal use: The refrigeration switch is in the "dual control" position, and the CL, P, and CT parameters of the temperature controller are set according to the difference between the Ambient Temperature and the experimental temperature.
5. When the temperature control accuracy is required (≤ +/- 0.2 ° C), the refrigeration switch can be turned to the "direct cooling" position and the self-tuning function of the temperature controller can be started.
Notice
1, the refrigeration medium is better to choose distillation water, alcohol, etc. It is strictly forbidden to use sodium chloride and other corrosion solutions.
2. When the pump is used externally, the level position of the external water bath should be higher than that of this equipment, and the external water bath needs to add a certain liquid before turning on the water pump to prevent the heating pipe from dry burning and damage.
3. Pay attention to cleanliness when using it to prevent liquids from splashing into the controller and causing malfunctions or leakage.
