DADI CHD05120 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision thermostatic device controlled by Compressor refrigeration and microcomputer temperature controller. Principle
The equipment is set and controlled by a microcomputer temperature controller. Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use.
2. Add the refrigeration solution (e.g. distillation water, alcohol) to the overflow port.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the desired temperature on the thermostat. The circulating pump can be turned on to make the temperature even.
4. Regular use: place the refrigeration switch in the "dual control" position and refer to the instructions to set the temperature controller parameters (CL, P value, CT).
5. High Accuracy Temperature Control (≤ +/- 0.2 ℃): Turn the cooling switch to the "direct cooling" position, start the self-setting function of the thermostat, and enter the thermostatic state after the RUN light is normally on.
Notice
• Refrigeration medium should be distillation water, alcohol, etc. It is strictly forbidden to use sodium chloride and other corrosion solutions.
• When using the pump externally, the water level of the external water bath should be higher than the equipment, and the water inlet pipe is at the bottom and the outlet pipe is at the upper part. Before use, make sure that there is enough liquid in the external water bath to prevent evacuation from damaging the heating pipe.
• Keep the equipment clean and tidy to prevent liquid from splashing into the controller, so as to avoid line failure, damage or leakage.
