Overview
The DADI DJ1C-90 powerbasic stirrer uses a permanent magnet DC motor, which has the characteristics of low noise, zero start, and low price, but the starting torque is small and the speed fluctuates with voltage and load changes. This product is suitable for scientific research, Universities & colleges and factory laboratories.
Features
The controller adopts fast 1T single chip microcomputer as the core component, uses pulse width modulation (PWM) DC speed regulation technology, and the drive part refers to CMOS transistor, which has the characteristics of high speed regulation accuracy, fast Response speed, wide speed regulation range and low loss.
2. The motor part is made of permanent magnet DC motor, which has the characteristics of stable speed and low noise.
3. Stirringrod made of stainless steel, corrosion resistant.
4. Independent control box, which can be operated away from the workbench.
Principle
The product is driven by permanent magnet DC motor, using pulse width modulation (PWM) DC speed regulation technology through the controller, and realizing accurate speed control by the core components of fast 1T single chip microcomputer and CMOS tube drive part, so as to realize the Stir function.
Applications
Research, Universities & colleges, Factory Laboratories
Steps
1. First familiarize yourself with the manual and the functions of each part of the control box panel.
2. Install the components and adjust the height as required.
3. Turn on the power switch.
4. Set the time.
5. Adjust to the required speed and you can work.
Notice
• When using, if you find that the stirringrod is not centered and the Stir is unstable, please adjust the support chuck to make the stirringrod concentric. If using the triangular flask Stir, align the stirringrod with the center, and then turn on the Stir.
• Please check whether ① the power cord plug is loose or peeling, ② the fuse wire is broken. If it is not the above situation, please contact our factory.
• Safe use of electricity, this product uses 220V AC power supply, and the power socket should use a three-hole safety socket, which needs to be properly grounded.
