The DM300R meat moisture rapid measurement instrument is produced by SINOGAGE brand, which is used to quickly and accurately detect the moisture content of fresh livestock and poultry meat. The moisture content directly affects meat processing, storage, trade and consumption. If it is too high, it will easily lead to bacterial reproduction and spoilage, and if it is too low, it will cause dehydrate shrinkage and fat oxidation. The instrument can effectively identify water-injected meat and ensure meat mass and food safety.

Principle

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power.
2. Probe the instrument to the meat sample.
3. Wait 1 second to read the moisture content result on the display.
4. Customer self-calibration can be performed as required.
Notice
- Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is in the range of -5~ 60 ℃.
- The environment humidity should be less than 90% RH to avoid condensation.
- Check the battery level before use and replace it in time when it is low.
- The measurement range is limited to 10~ 85%, and exceeding the range may affect the accuracy.
