Principle
The MS105 Halogen moisture meter heats the sample with a halogen lamp, collects weight and temperature data with a High Accuracy Insulated Sensor, and combines it with a Touchscreen control system for rapid moisture determination. The heating temperature range is from RT + 60 ° C to 200 ° C, with adjustable timing and automatic mode to ensure accurate calculation of sample moisture content.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument and use the color TFT Touchscreen to set the parameters.
2. Select the measurement mode (manual, timed or automatic).
3. Place the sample on the pan and start the heating process.
4. After the heating is over, the buzzer prompts to read the results such as moisture and dry weight content.
5. Optionally connect external devices such as computers or printers to output data.
Notice
• Ensure sample weight ≥ 2g to obtain accuracy ≤ 0.5%.
• The heating temperature range is controlled at RT + 60~ 200 ° C to avoid over-limit use.
• Timer Range is set from 0 to 99 minutes, so choose the end method reasonably.
• Clean the pan after use and keep the instrument drying and ventilated.
When connecting external devices, check RS232 interface compatibility.
