Principle
The moisture meter is based on the principle of Conductivity detector, which detects changes in conductivity by inserting a pin into the wood. The instrument integrates temperature compensation technology to eliminate the influence of Ambient Temperature on the measurement and ensure the accuracy of the results.

Steps
1. Prepare the instrument to ensure sufficient power supply (using 4 AA batteries).
2. Insert the pins into the wood sample to be tested.
3. Turn on the instrument and wait for the reading to stabilize (Response Time is about 1 second).
4. Read the moisture content value on the LCD display.
5. Turn off the instrument after use to save power.
Notice
Instrument measurement range is 0~ 80%, resolution 0.1, do not use beyond the range.
○ Ambient Temperature should be between -10~ 60 ℃, environment humidity of 5%~ 90%, to avoid extreme conditions affecting the measurement accuracy.
Check the battery level before use to ensure normal power supply.
○ Make sure the pin is fully inserted into the wood during measurement to obtain an accurate reading.
The instrument has an alarm function, so pay attention to handling abnormal situations in a timely manner.
○ Keep the instrument clean and drying to avoid strong vibration or interference.
