Overview
HS125 sawdust moisture meter is a High Accuracy and high performance moisture meter produced by Qingdao Tuo Research. It is mainly used for the measurement of moisture content of various bamboo and wood fibers (sawdust, wood chips, bamboo and wood powder). The instrument is suitable for papermaking, smelting, welding rod fiber accessories, cultivation of edible fungi, compression boards, furniture, Buddha incense, mosquito incense, mechanism charcoal and other industries.

Principle
Conductivity detector measurement principle is used to ensure the accuracy of measurement results through temperature compensation technology.

Steps
1. Prepare 4 AA batteries as power supply
2. The instrument is automatically initialized after booting
3. Contact the measurement Probe with the sawdust sample to be tested
4. Wait for the measurement results to be displayed immediately (Response Time < 1 second)
5. Read and record measurement data
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be in the range of -10~ 60 ℃
• Operating Environment Humidity should be in the range of 5~ 90%
• The measurement range is limited to 0~ 35%
Make sure the battery is fully charged to ensure normal measurement
• Avoid use in strong electromagnetic interference environments
