Overview
The TK100M Moisture Analyzer is designed for paper moisture content detection. It can strictly control the problems of paper brittleness, static electricity and inks drying difficulties caused by moisture changes during the printing process. Through accurate measurement, the paper moisture is at the best value, so that the paper performance such as Basis Weight, Tensile Strength, flexibility, etc. remain in good condition, and avoid Curling, warping and other phenomena.
Features
1. Using the principle of resistance, integrated human design, High Sensitivity Sensor outputs changing electrical signals, and intuitively displays measurement results.
2. Fast measurement speed, can replace the traditional oven method, operation is less than 1 minute, instantaneous reading, saving time.
3. Small size, light weight, strong anti-interference, easy to carry on-site rapid detection.
4. Adopt temperature and humidity compensation technology, high measurement accuracy, reliability and stability.
5. Low-power large-scale integrated circuits and liquid crystal display technology, with low power consumption.
6. With alarm function and MAX Maximum hold.
Principle
Based on the principle of resistance, the instrument detects the moisture change of the paper through the High Sensitivity Sensor and outputs the corresponding electrical signal. Combined with temperature and humidity compensation technology, the measurement results are accurate and reliable, and are intuitively displayed on the LCD screen.
Applications
Paper moisture detection, printing industry quality control
Standards
Conductivity detector, temperature compensation
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power.
2. Contact the Sensor with the paper surface for measurement.
3. Observe the LCD screen displaying instantaneous readings.
4. Use the alarm and MAX Maximum hold functions to assist detection.
Notice
- Ensure Ambient Temperature in the range of -10~ 60 ℃.
- The environment humidity should be less than 85%.
- Power supply with 4 AA batteries, pay attention to replace them in time.
- Avoid use in strong interference environments to maintain measurement stability.
- Sensor should be in full contact with paper during measurement to ensure accuracy.
