Overview
MS7200 multi-purpose Moisture Analyzer is a SINOGAGE brand product, mainly used for the measurement of moisture content of various types of wood, paper, construction, concrete and other nonconductive objects. The instrument is developed with professional American integrated circuit sensing technology and international professional electronic components, with high measurement accuracy and stable performance. It is suitable for testing product moisture content in furniture, papermaking, printing, Encasement, construction and other industries.
Features
1. Using international mainstream detection technology and familiar with large factory IC, through various temperature and humidity compensation circuits, the measurement accuracy is high and the stability is good.
2. Widescreen digital backlight display, even in an environment with insufficient rays of light, can clearly display measurement readings.
3. Fast measurement speed, can replace the traditional oven method, so that the moisture measurement time is shortened, the whole process operation is less than 1 minute, and the measurement value is instantaneous reading, which greatly saves the detection time.

Principle
The Moisture Analyzer uses a Conductivity detector method for measurement, combined with temperature compensation technology, to quickly detect the moisture content of nonconductive objects through professional integrated circuits and sensors.

Steps
1. Prepare the instrument and ensure that the power supply is sufficient (using 4 AA batteries).
2. Turn on the power supply of the instrument and check whether the display screen is normal.
3. Probe the instrument to the surface of the object to be measured.
4. Wait for the measurement to complete (Response Time about 1 second) and read the displayed moisture content value.
5. Turn off the power after use and store the instrument properly.
Notice
• Do not use the instrument under conditions exceeding Ambient Temperature -10~ 60 ℃ or environment humidity 5%~ 90%.
• Avoid strong interference with the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Regularly check the battery power to avoid affecting the measurement due to insufficient power.
• The instrument is only suitable for moisture measurement of nonconductive objects, not for Miscellaneous materials.
• Clean the Probe in time after use to keep the instrument in good condition.
