Principle
MS-G Grain Moisture Analyzer uses the principle of Conductivity detector to detect changes in grain moisture through a high-Sensitivity Sensor, output corresponding electrical signals, and visually display the measurement results on the screen. The instrument also adopts temperature compensation technology to ensure measurement accuracy and stability.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power.
2. Select the appropriate measurement gear (general or special).
3. Contact Sensor with food sample for measurement.
4. Read the instantaneous measurement results displayed on the screen.
5. After use, the instrument can be automatically shut down.
