TAISITE 101-2D electric air blowing dryer is a laboratory drying equipment using side air duct forced convection technology. Principle
The drying oven generates heat through the built-in stainless steel heating tube, and the hot air is evenly blown into the studio by the side air duct forced convection system (lateral wind circulation) to achieve uniform heating and drying of the sample. The digital tube dual-row PID Control system is used for precise temperature adjustment and stability.
Applications
Suitable for sample drying, baking, heat treatment and other processes.
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Set the required temperature and time by tapping the four buttons (Timer Range 0~ 9999 minutes, with timing waiting function).
3. Select the operation mode: fixed-value operation or regular operation.
4. The equipment starts to work and automatically stops when the set time or condition is reached.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC220V before use.
* Load per shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
The equipment is equipped with an over-lift alarm function, but it is still necessary to check the operating status regularly.
Do not block the exhaust port at the top (φ 28mm).
* Menu lock function can prevent misoperation, please manage it properly.
