TAISITE WHL-30B electric thermostatic drying oven is a High Accuracy, safe and reliable laboratory drying equipment. Its Temperature range is RT + 10~ 300 ℃, Temperature Fluctuation is +/- 1.0 ℃, Temperature resolution is 0.1 ℃, suitable for drying, baking, heat treatment and other experimental processes that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The drying oven uses a natural convection method to generate heat through a nickel-chromium alloy heating wire (OCr27A17Mo2), and the temperature is precisely adjusted by a digital tube dual-column PID controller. The air in the box is forced to circulate through the vertical double air duct air sleeve and turbine centrifugal air supply system to ensure uniform temperature in the studio. The temperature parameters set by the user are fed back to the Control system through the Pt100 temperature sensor to achieve a stable and accurate static thermoenvironment.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Set the required temperature and timing time (0-9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode: fixed-value operation or regular operation.
4. Start the device and start working.
5. After the operation, the device will automatically stop.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC220V/3.6A 50/60Hz.
* The maximum load of a single shelf does not exceed 15kg.
The equipment is equipped with an over-rise alarm function, please pay attention to monitoring when using it.
* You can correct deviation or lock key settings through the auxiliary menu.
* Pay attention to Inner Chamber dimensions (310 * 310 * 310mm) and place items reasonably.
* Equipment is equipped with exhaust holes, do not block to ensure normal ventilation.
