TAISITE 202-2A electric thermostatic drying oven is a classic natural convection drying equipment, mainly used for drying, baking and heat treatment. Its studio volume is 136L, Rated power 2.0KW, Temperature range is RT + 10 ℃ to 250 ℃, precise temperature control and easy operation.

1. Cold rolled steel plate is used to process the shell, and the surface is treated by lame plating process; the studio is processed by high-strength carbon steel plate and treated by anti-corrosion process.

Principle
The drying oven adopts the classic natural convection drying method. The inside of the equipment is heated by nickel-chromium alloy heating wire, and the heat is evenly distributed in the studio (liner) through natural convection. The intelligent PID temperature controller monitors the temperature in the box in real time through the Pt100 temperature sensor, compares and calculates with the set value, and precisely controls the on-off of the heating device to maintain the stability of the studio temperature.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V).
2. Set the required temperature value (0.1 ° C resolution) and timing time (0-9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4, start the equipment, start heating.
5. Internal items can be observed through the double-decked tempered Glass observation window.
6. After the operation is completed, the device automatically stops.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
* Load per shelf (15kg).
* Do not open the door frequently during operation, so as not to affect the Temperature Stability and equipment life.
When the equipment is working, the surface temperature of the box and the exhaust port may be high, so do not touch it to prevent burns.
* Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items into the box for heating.
