Principle
The drying oven adopts the classic natural convection drying method. After the air in the box is heated by nickel-chromium alloy heating wire, the density of the hot air becomes smaller and rises naturally, forming a natural circulation of the air in the box, so that the temperature of the studio is uniform. The intelligent PID temperature controller monitors the temperature in the box in real time through the Pt100 temperature sensor and precisely controls the operation of the heating device to maintain the set temperature.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V).
2. Set the required temperature and timing time (0-9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4, start the equipment, start heating.
5. The internal items can be observed through the double-decked Glass observation window.
6. After the operation is completed, the equipment will automatically stop, or it will automatically stop after reaching a timed time.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
* Do not put flammable, explosive or corrosive items in the box.
* When placing items, the maximum load of a single shelf should not exceed 15kg, and the air duct in the box should not be blocked.
Do not touch the surface of the box directly with your hands during operation to prevent burns.
* Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply and wait for the box to completely chill down.
* If you need to use an exhaust port or test hole, please ensure that the connection is correct and unobstructed.
* When the equipment is running, do not frequently open and close the box door, so as not to affect the temperature Stability and equipment life.
In case of malfunction or abnormal alarm (e.g. over-rise alarm), the power should be cut off immediately and a professional should be contacted for inspection.
