TAISITE 202-3AB electric thermostatic drying oven is a laboratory equipment using natural convection drying method, suitable for drying, baking, heat treatment and other purposes. Principle
The drying oven uses a classic natural convection drying method. After the air in the box is heated by nickel-chromium alloy heating wire, it circulates inside the studio through natural convection to distribute the temperature evenly. The intelligent PID temperature controller monitors and adjusts the Heating power in real time to maintain the set temperature and achieve accurate and stable thermostatic heating.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V).
2. Use the touch of four buttons to set the desired temperature and time (Timer Range 0 to 9999 minutes).
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4, start the equipment, start heating.
5. Internal items can be observed through the double-decked tempered Glass observation window.
6. After the operation is completed, the device automatically stops.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC 220V and match the rated current.
* The maximum load of a single shelf is 15 kg, do not overload.
* When the equipment is running, do not frequently open and close the box door, so as not to affect the temperature Stability.
Make sure that the exhaust ports (rear and top) of the equipment remain unobstructed.
* When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply, wipe with a soft cloth, and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
* If you need to perform deviation correction, menu locking and other operations, please refer to the manual to use the auxiliary menu function.
